Here is a curated list of all of my favorite health + wellness products, and maybe some lifestyle products as well. I will be continuing to add to this list as I try new things. Most of these links are affiliate links through Amazon. If you by a product by using this link, I get a small % of money. So if any of these items strike your fancy, I’d greatly appreciate the help by using my links.
As a disclosure: Although I am using affiliate links, I do not get paid by any company listed to advertise their product. Every product on this page is something I have tried and love. I will never recommend a product that I do not try and love myself. Also, I will not link any products that are supplements or CBD, even though I might love them, just because I think it’s important that people check in with their own healthcare providers first when it comes to products like that.

Steel Straws
Say no to plastic and use these instead. They come with a cleaner and a bag so you can carry them in your purse with you. I also love them because it's cold on your lips when you're drinking the cold liquid, which is nice when you don't feel good.

Period Panties
I don't know why it took me so long to try these but they are amazing. They are a bit pricy for a whole period set, but if you invest over time, it will be worth it. Otherwise, they are great for a heavy day or the last day when you're not flowin' enough for a cup or tampon. They help with IC pain a ton. A lot of great options and designs, they even have organic cotton!

Bamboo Silverware
Out with the plastic! This is great because bamboo is the most renewable resource and it's easy to keep in your bag. If you ever get carry out and need to-go silverware, you'll be prepared.

Stasher Bag
I love the Stasher bags. I use these instead of zip locks. I don't waste and I can secure these in my purse with snacks and stuff too. They can go on the top shelf of your dishwasher. Easy Peesy.

Menstrual Cup
I've been using menstrual cups for about 2 years now and will never go back. The whole process is so easy and it is so much better for my body and the earth. This is the brand I've been using. It comes with a cute cloth bag too.

Yoga Knee Mat
My knees kill me when doing poses, but I found this and it is a lifesaver. It protects my knees from the hard ground and adds a bit of lift when I'm doing poses on the mat. I never do yoga without it.

Electric Tea Kettle
This thing heats up so fast. I drink a lot of tea for many different ailments, and I'd be lost without this one. I also love the color. It looks great on the counter.

Essential Oil Diffuser
I keep one in almost every room of the house. They are vital to relaxing and healing. I love this one as it lets out the most scent while using less water.

Origins On-the Spot Treatment
I've been using this stuff since high school. It helps so much. You just dab behind the ears and feel some relief. I carry it around with me in my bag.

Compression Socks
These are amazing for leg pain. I was at a loss at what to do for my leg pain until I found these. They really do help a lot.

Heating Pad
Mandatory. I like this one because it's made for the neck and shoulders and has a magnet that connects the edges together. It's soft too.

Steel Water Bottle w/ Filter
You can fill this up when you are out and know you are drinking clean water, plus the stainless steel will keep it cold for hours and hours. I never leave home without my water bottle. Hydration is #1.

Wireless Earbuds
Lifesavers on the go and at home. I'm sensitive to noise and it's nice to not get caught in a wire. These cut out sound, even if I'm not listening to anything. It's nice to listen to soothing music, or a podcast, or an audiobook when I want to turn away from the screen.

Dr. Bronner’s Magic Balm
I use this when I don't use my CBD on my legs, arms, neck, and back when they are aching and hurt. It's not enough to completely stop the pain, but it does relieve a bit of it and relaxes me.

Peppermint Oil Spray
I love having essential oil spray. I find it easier to use on my body and pillows. I spray this on my neck when my neck/head hurt and it provides this tingling sensation that really eases some of the pain.

Headache Hat
This is a wearable ice pack. There are a couple of different ways of wearing it, and it holds it freeze for quite some time. I find it very soothing. It comes with a soft wrap you can place over it if it's too cold.

Silk Eye Pillow
I'm very sensitive to light and my eyes hurt a lot. This mask has flaxseed and lavender which means it's really soft and smells amazing. You can also add more or remove based on your liking. The silk is so cooling too.
